Not at all a comedy like the 2004 film "Cutie Honey" but instead a serious Apocalyptic Action Sci-Fi with a mix of
Bladerunner and Metropolis, and based on the manga Go Nagai.

In the future there's a luxurious futuristic city where the rich elites live above the nether world, a slum city where
a deadly virus hits people and where the pollution from above makes people sick also. The rich city is run by
the dictator Lady Jill (Nicole Ishida) and she's a powerful android. Lady Jill is HOT but evil and she has an army
of Robot Police, The Sodoms, that keep the low-levellers under her boot.

But, there's hope for the poor low-levellers as Dr. Kisaragi has made the android Hitomi (Mariya Nishiuchi), also
gorgeous and wouldn't surprise me if both Ishida and Nishiuchi are ex-models) modelled after his daughter, with
the mission to fight evil Lady Jill and her brutal upper level regime.
Oh, yes, there's also the journalist Seiji Hayami (Takahiro Miura) that assists Hitomi in her mission.
